Ruff & Cut (ruffandcut.com), a really cool new socially responsible
jewelry company, has gotten together with top designers to create these “green” pieces made of rough diamonds and
recycled gold. There are beautiful rings showcasing conflict-free diamonds along with necklaces, pendants, and earrings. They then go a step further by promoting safe mining and ethical business practices in Sierra Leone. And from now until November 16, an additional 20% of all website purchases will go to improving the lives of the people in Sierra Leone’s mining communities—especially those of women and children.
